Since obtaining her degree (BA Hon.) from the University of West London (UK) in Event Management, Tai has gained a remarkable amount of experience in a variety of roles. Responsibilities have included programming, production management, project management, site operations, and talent services. She further developed her knowledge in dealing with artists through her studies in Artist Management at the Berklee College of Music in Boston and also obtained a certificate in Contract Law from Harvard University. In 2020 Tai founded Golden Hour Productions, a production house offering full scale and turn-key production and operations. Golden Hour is passionate about putting people first. The company fosters strong relationships and nurtures teams to exceed expectations.
